- Fostering Understanding — The tactics and method we use for best communicating complex information.
Communications theory provides a simple model for communication involving:
- The Sender – us.
- The Message – what we are trying to communicate, and
- The Recipient – the people we wish to understand the message.
Our objective therefore is to:
Refine the Message, with specific Recipients in mind, using both well established Communications Tactics and the strengths of the web (or your chosen digital channel).
