2. Fostering Understanding

Our definition:

  • Understanding – Successfully communicating the information so that it is truly understood by your intended audiences.
  • Fostering Understanding — The tactics and method we use for best communicating complex information.
Communications theory provides a simple model for communication involving:
  1. The Sender – us.
  2. The Message – what we are trying to communicate, and
  3. The Recipient – the people we wish to understand the message.

Our objective therefore is to:

Refine the Message, with specific Recipients in mind, using both well established Communications Tactics and the strengths of the web (or your chosen digital channel).
